ARE YOU CRUELTY FREE?

Yes we are. No animals were harmed and No animal testing on any Juvia's product


Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for orders over $80. Your total must be $80 after the promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. FREE Standard shipping is only available in the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but you must choose the Standard shipping method. Selecting Upgraded or Express will delay processing and change your shipping method to Standard.

 

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes. For delivery to the United Kingdom, Ireland and continental Europe, please visit our UK shipping is a bit higher Orders for delivery elsewhere in the world may be placed and regular shipping rates apply with the exception of the following countries: Ghana, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and United Arab Emirates. You will be able to select a shipping option if you place an order from one of these countries.

Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match. Please keep in mind shipping rates range from $25 dollars and up. 

Conversion and import fees don’t apply to international orders. However, if you live outside of the US, your financial institution or country of residence may charge additional fees on top of your total, such as conversion or import taxes/customs fees. All over beauty by Tye can’t credit you for these fees since they come from your financial institution or country. Please call your financial institution or customs office before placing your order to confirm what kind of charges you can expect from them.

 

Do you accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, & Cash app ?

Yes, however because we have a secure cart checkout, your "billing" address must be verified. This means that you must register your Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift card online with the issuing bank including providing them your mailing address in order to use Venmo & Cash app. Otherwise, your order may be declined even if sent money through either app. 

 

Why is a coupon code not working?

Coupon codes will not apply to discounted items , some Special addition items and Limited edition products. Coupon codes have expiration dates.

 

I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

 

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery( when your package was delivered, not when you opened it). If the product is deemed defective All over beauty by Tye will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. If an item is "Out of Stock" online, is it out of stock please don’t Dm me on any social media platform. 

Please note that we are unable to accept phone orders for delivery / shipment from stores.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To serve you better, All over beauty by Tye will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.


Do you offer free samples? 

We do not offer free samples at this

Are you looking for PR? 

No we are currently not looking for PR please don’t Dm us. 


Can I Dm you about my Order!

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied? 

No. No Refunds or exchanges , all orders are final. Due to working with cosmetic (not knowing if items are used before returning, we can't re-sale a used item,it's a safety issue, for the customer and company. Here at All Over Beauty By Tye we keep you in mind (the customer) your health and saftery is very important to us. So please understand why we dont do returns.

Please understand before you try to downgrade my company or products. Pigments are very different then palettes. Palettes have extra added ingredients that allows pigments to be pressed down into a solid form. All of my  Pigments are 100% raw Mica. Understanding that the neon and matte pigments will always be thicker than the regular pigments do to the formal differences. There’s more formal required for matte and Neon then there is for a regular pigment. 











Question:How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped out?
Answer:Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
